Visa granted - Who should I contact?

Hi,

My partner visa has been granted. I try to contact the immigration services but the line is not working. Nothing on the website to tell me what the next steps are. How do I get his passport back?

where did your partner applied for his visa ? with in Ireland or from out side ?

If out side Ireland than contact the local embassy
