Tier 1 Entrepreneur no response 2 months after interview

I had what I believed was successful interview on the 23th of July. The letter inviting me for the interview stated that decision will be taken by 27th of August and I should be contacted should there be any delay. Am yet to hear from them and my passport has expired in their hand. Do anyone have a similar issue.

I had an interview at sheffield 23th March 2014
And my partner had interview 24th march 2014.

Since then ... We been waiting waiting and waiting
Just call today and got same reply that "still in process"

As we applied on 26th of June, bio done on 7th July and after that we receive a letter from HO on 1 aug that our application raises complex issues and they need more time to reach a decision. After that we are waiting....

I received decision letter today. I was assessed based on the following:
(i) The evidence submitted.
(ii) The viability and credibility of the source of fund.
(iii) The viability and credibility of my business plans and market research in my chosen business.
(iv) My education and business experience.
(v) My immigration history and previous activity in the UK.
(vi) The registration in the UK as self employed or director of a registered business.
(vii) Any other relevant information.

The UKBA have no issues with all of the above criteria but for number (iii), therefore refused my application. It is funny how they refused my application on Non point bases yet refuse to award all point for the following:
(1) Access to fund
(2) Fund held in regulated financial institution
(3) Fund disposable in the United Kingdom.
The appeal judge will laugh his a** off at their prejudice. My only anger is the cost of appeal which I do not know if I will be refunded.

Really sorry for you. Will u please tell in detail why you think they refuse on these grounds. Did they ask you anything regarding these points in the interview???? it will help other members.......

I got the decision of the tribunal judge for my Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas. My appeal was allowed, also home office were advised to refund appeal charges.
