Documents Age

Post by freemind76 » Fri Aug 29, 2014 4:28 pm

Hi,

I heard none of the documents should be older than month for Tier 1 Visa? For example, bank statements, salary slips, reference letter etc MUST NOT be older than month?

I looked at https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-general but didn't find any such information.

Anybody?

Bank stmts should be no older than a month. Payslips should be any 12 months within the 15 months prior to application date. Depends on for what the reference letters are, if it is letter from financial institution to prove earnings, then they should be within 1 month.

Read the policy guidelines document,
