Tier 1 Dependant Visa from Bangalore India

Dear All,

I have used this website a lot and most of the times have found a lot of valuable information which has helped me throughout my various applications to UKBA. I have recently received my Tier 1 extension and now I am planning to apply a dependant visa for my wife. For my main application I have used Salary from my employer and DIVIDENDs from my Limited company. Now my question is

* If I should provide any documentation from my company and my personal accountant or just the pay slips from my main job is enough?
* If I show only the pay slips from my employer total of these payslips falls bit short of 35K which is the salary I need to show as a Tier 1 main applicant.

any other additional information or suggestion will be much appreciated. Is there anyone who has recently applied in VFS Bangalore???

Showing proof of earning is not a requitement for dependent visa. Sufficient maintenance funds is the requirement.
