EEA family permit / Help ?

Hi.

I wish to work in UK. I have some questions, if u can help i ll be glad.

Firstly, i ll explain the stuation : I m turkish marine chief engineer, 8 years experience in oceangoing vessels, and in UK, specially in London, marine industry is developed. My girl friend is German and my son is also German. I have also Germany work and resident permit for 3 years.

And here is the questions :

- We wish to go to UK with EEA family permit. But as i explain, i m not EU citizen. Can we take this visa?
- If we can take this visa, can i work with this visa?

- If i cant take this visa, is there any other way for me to take any kind of visa for UK? Is "german work permit" can help me, at least make the way more open?
