ILR SET (O) Queries (tier-2 to ILR)

Hello experts.

I shall be very grateful if you can help me answer the following

1- Do I need to fill payment sheet as I have already paid at time of PEO bookings?

2- Section 5.5 page 18- My SOC code is 2421. Do I need to fill in actuals or what's stated in codes of practice?

3- Section 6.11- I have already completed section 6.1. Do I need fill in this section as well?
