Set (M) ILR section 8

We currently filling out form set (M) ILR. I've come to section 8 and it requires you to complete the table indicating the sources and levels of income as indicated in 8.2 -8.6. Really cannot see what they mean and how to write it in table.
My answers for
8.2 is yes mortgage £288
8.3 is yes £975
8.4 is yes £2348
8.5 and 8.6 no

The table for example:

Applicant's wage....monthly....£1000
Sponsor's wage...... Monthly.....£1000
Child benefit........ Monthly......£95
Tax credits...........monthly......£77

HI Amber,

Just a quick question on this: If I receive weekly wages and dividends from my company, should I put in wages x52/12 figure and dividends x 52/12 figure to get to monthly or just put weekly wages and dividends as it has got the option of weekly frequency ???

Weekly, 4 weekly or monthly is ok, so far as you state the frequency.

Is it necessary for me to enclose my Limited company business account or I can just enclose my personal account where the salary and dividends are paid in to ?
