Very Important FLRM Query

Post by anas123456789 » Mon Sep 01, 2014 5:34 pm

Hello everyone

hope all is well

i have a very important question to ask and appreciate any help.

I am applying for my ILR based on 10 years route this week. However i cannot apply for my wifes flrm since i cannot fulfil the requirement of showing 18600 pounds.

My wife visa (student dependent) will expire in november.

Please advise what options does she have?

can she apply a student visa she gets a course in university starting in Jan 2015?

please advise. thanks

FLR (FP) is a possibility. Do you have children?

Doesn't your wife have any income? This could be included in the calculation if she does.
