Hi all, I came to UK in July 2010 for studying ACCA+MBA in LSBF and my visa is expiring on 11th of Oct 2014, so my 5 years window is closing in july 2015. I have completed 12 papers of ACCA and left with 2 papers, so my question is that Can I get admission in 2 papers and extend my visa for 6 or 7 months?

You don't have any time to study level 7 as per immigration rule however if any new T4 HTS sponsor issue CAS for your 2 ACCA papers, your visa application will fall in refusal and you will have right to appeal. During application/appeal process you can complete your ACCA qualification.

Correct way of this would be to buy one more paper from Lsbf and apply
Ho will give visa til July 2015 plus 2 months
But Lsbf might not give you cas at the moment as they are suspended

Try Kaplan but they might say minimum 6 papers for issues a cas
