I'd relax and wait. Yes a Financial and English (A1) requirement for FLR(M).

Yes really she should continue until you're granted ILR.

Sis

What should I do about my baby ?

She is born here

I got her passport and my soli applied her too with me as my dependent

Now she too got refusal with us but no right to appeal

Her passport is with HO

We got appeal but she not

So should I wait till my ILR or once I apply my wife flr m should I include her ???

Please let me know uote="Amber"]Yes really she should continue until you're granted ILR.[/quote]

Ask for her to be given appeal rights, if that's what you want.

I don't know wither daughter need appeal rights or not

Main thing is if she dosent have appeal rights so she is overstayer but she is born in the UK

So when I get ILR
And then will it easy for daughter to get ILR or naturalisation or british passport as she was refused with no right to appeal ????

Already nearly 2 months passed since she received refusal with us

Since then her passport is with HO

She doesn't need leave, just register her as British when you're settled.

Hi guys
i have discretionary leave to remain ends 5th of December 2014 (next month) and my wife and children as well. i had my discretion as a result of refusal of indefinite leave to remain (long stay 10 years) and given DLR on private life and best interest of children. while my family applied with FLRO and then granted the same discretionary leave as mine. Now i need to extend mine and my family discretionary leave so IS IT DIFFERENT TYPES OF APPLICATION I SHOULD USE OR THE SAME AND WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE FORM.
The other question is.. i will have completed 10 years long stay with no gaps June 2015 and some people advised to apply for ILR instead from now and solicitor can keep it going for 6-7 months until the gap goes and get the ILR So I do not not pay twice in 6 months ...IS THAT RIGHT!!!?

Hello Amber HOPE you remember me..

Amber now i need guidance.. what to do please help me..

As you know...

My 10 years finish exactly in 20 Dec 2014..... if i calculate 28 days early it will be around 23 November I finish. my 10 year..

Now my and my dependent appeal is in Feb 2015...

I have got my SAR report.. and thank to God.. it says I am legal.. as it has letter where case worker requested flr fp form from my solicitor and it says if not send on time it they will invalid the application.. it also has letter which my solic sent on time.. and the minute case study dosent show any adverse..just says flr fp wrong form potential rejection..

all enteries says flr fp applied.

now I want to know what is good for me ?

SHOULD i apply my ILR alone without withdrawing my appeal.. and see then what judge says in february in appeal ?

and if its good idea to applY ilR can i apply 28 days before 10 years finish or i should wait for total 10 year to finish..

please guide me..
