Tier 4 in-country appeal time line

Dear Friends:
My tier 4 visa has been refused on the grounds of five year cap at degree level,i received refusal letter on 1st August 2014 i was given the right of appeal,i sent my appeal form on 8th August 2014 by special delivery (received on 9th July 2014)Fee payment £140 debited on 19th August 2014 (as i opted for oral hearing)however i have not received any acknowledgement or hearing date yet its almost one month now.Does any one know about the Tier 4 in-country appeal procedure and timeline....Best Regards

You should get a notice of hearing soon......just keep checking your post.It depends where u in UK for instance in London its very busy comparing to other parts of country.
