Tier 1 General dependent visa requirements

Hi, All members please

One of my friend had a Tier 1 General visa and he is completing his 5 years in 2015
he had a baby last month here in UK
Question is
What documents he need to show for dependent visa ? like 3 months bank statement having 630 pounds in his bank accounts or more than that as his family (wife and one child) already here on Tier 1 General dependent visa last year

Bear in mind that if the child isn't going to travel, the child does not require leave. Instead when you are eventually granted ILR the child will be entitled to register as British pursuant to section 1(3) BNA.
