Any one Appeal Allowed after august

Hello guys,

is there any one who has appeal in this month or in the following month or any one whose appeal allowed after or in august...!
i will appreciate your comments and view...thanks

I had hearing on 28th August

As i had hearing mentioned previously on base of immigration history.

Yesterday i got letter stated that

These appeals must therefore succeed and the respondent respondent should now further consider the current application. Other issues may arise from the account given by the appellant but that is matter for the respondent.

The immigration rules

Applying the relevent law to the estabilish facts i find that the decision is not in accordance with the law and the applicable immigration rules and guidance to extent set out above.

Summary of decisions

I allow the appeals under the immigration rules.

No anonymity direction is sought or made.


To the respondent fee award

I have allowed the appeals as set out above. A fee has been paid or payable . I have considered making a fee award and have decided tomake no fee award for following reason. The appealant failed to fully explain his circumstances when submitting his application for further leave to remain.

Can anybody describe in detail regarding above.
