Got Visa, Days to Enter UK

Hi,
I got Tier 2 General visa and my start mentioned in cos is 8 sep 2014.
i received my passport on the same day.i:e; 8 sep 2014

May i know in how many days i should enter UK.
What is the maximum days i can get to enter the UK..

Will i have any issue at immigration if it is 75 days (Two and half months) from my start date.

there will be no issue at the UK border provided you agreed the delayed start date with your employer. To be on the safe side ask for a letter of confirmation from them and have it with you when you travel

if i enter UK 75 days latter from the start date mentioned on cos.

will these be deducted from 180 days per 12 months of ILR condition....
what is the maximum days to enter UK from the start date mentioned as per cos....
