I have a quick query plz help me if someone have knowledge
What are the condition for switching from tier4 dependant to main applicant of Tier2
I mean to say that the conditions which are for PSW visa holders

Get a job offer of NQF level 4 or above or of shortage list from an organization (sponsor) and who has got the active CoS from UKVI. It is the standard procedure for main applicant but for the dependant, you need to consult with the immigration solicitor.

Any apply with other normal requirements of English and maintenance.
