Urgent query- VFS payment and postage options

Hi All,

I have just completed filling Tier 1 General dependent online application and booked an appointment at VFS Hyderabad,India, to submit the documents.However Regarding the payment of application fee, there is only one payment method which is by 'online' , is this correct? can't we pay in person at VSF itself anymore?

Another question is, as in the attached image ,can't we get the documents by post once the process is completed? or they must be collected in person

Please respond as i need to make the payment with in three hours from the time of booking an appointment as per the instructions given on website.
