dependent visa

I am going to apply dependent visa. Will NOC letter from landlord will be enough or I need tenancy agreement to attach with dependent visa application. Thanks

Do we need to take any letter form CA while applying for dependent(wife) visa. If so, what should be the format or the ponints included in it . Please tell me .

Sorry ,I mentioned it in short form, its Chartered Accountant (CA)

lol ok no not from CA. just simple letter from any accountant that you are director of company and company is trading will be enough.

Ok, Thank you entrepreneur123. Do we need to mention how much will be the trading annually in the accountant letter n do we need to show the transaction of our business bank account to the accountant to give us a letter ?

you even do not need to submit accountant letter. I know some friend who got dependent visa recently without it. But you can submit simple letter as i mentioned above just for your own satisfaction. What matters in dependent visa is proof of relationship.

Before filling the dependent application ,we need to just select the type of visa, under select visa type:
Reason for visit we select : WORK
Visa type: Tier1(Entrepreneur) visa
Visa sub type: ???
Iam confuse what we need to select at visa subtype,for the dependent(wife), the options are
Tier 1 Entrepreneur Child,Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant,Tier 1 Entrepreneur partner.

seeing the options we go for Tier 1 Entrepreneur partner, normally we do have a ENTREPRENEUR PARTNER'S for entrepreneur Visa, but in the case of dependent what should we select please help

Entrepreneur Partner for Spouse
Entrepreneur Child for children

For Entrepreneur team member the type is Entrepreneur Migrant

You can mention on CA letter that you are director of company and company is actively trading, if you want.

Dear, Can you PM me the sample of CA Letter.

Apart from the CA letter what other documents one can send to demonstrate that the business is trading.
The rent agreement of my accommodation is in my brothers name, i have got my name on council tax bill will it be sufficient for proof of accommodation?

Letter from business bank saying that account is active and running will be good. sent you PM
