Child can apply for citizenship

If father got ILR and mother got Tier 1 (General) as dependent then child born what will be the status of child. can child apply for British passport straight away?

If either parent was settled at the time of birth, then child is automatically British. If child was born in the UK whist either of the parent was on limited leave to remain and subsequently granted ILR, then child is eligible to register as British Citizen.
