Tourist visiting visa

Please what can one do in this case. I applied for UK tourist visiting visa and no decision has been made on my application for the last 3months. I have contacted the embassy to know what the issue was and they say its with ukvi and no decision made yet. What can I do and are they breaching their visa condition in any way? How do I take this up? Thanks
