Business Advice

Hi,

I would like to know about property, housing and estate business.
SOC CODE -1251: Property, housing and estate managers, this business comes under NQF level 4 that means i can start estate business or buy letting estate franchise.

Need Your advice if i am wrong.

I dont think you can as it in document policy it is mentioned that it is not allowed as property business can increase prices of properties in UK. And the list of SOC code is not only for the tier 1 visa but that list is used by all employers in UK for detail of job description and payment level. It is my opnion. Wait for others comments.
