Hi yesterday i have receibed a letter from homeoffice And said that there are complication issues in your case and it will take more time than normal. Can any one tell me what that mean. I am really woried

I don't think there is anything to worry about. Many people have received these kind of letters. Just be prepare for interview and also be ready that home office can ask any document.

That's fairly a standard procedure, if the table of caseworker is piled up with applications that they can not process with given time-frame, then even for the best applications, they send this letter.Nothing to worry, just be well prepared for the possible interview.

If you search on the forum then you can find all possible question they can ask but I suggest that you read and memorise your business plan properly.
Pay some attention on business activity and hopefully you will be fine.
