Hey guys, why would a family permit describe you as "diplomat" ?
My father in laws partner (male) is described as that on his family permit.. is that normal what does it mean?

What exactly does it say on the Family Permit?

I would likely not bother wasting time contacting UKVI. Unless it says something else, it is not relevant.
