Tier 2 General - Resctricted COS - Regarding switching

Hi all,

I am in Tier 2 General - Restrcited visa, sponsored by my company last year and is valid for 3 years.
Can I switch my company within this 3 years?
Do I need sponsorship from new employer?

I have seen couple of threads but confused about Restricted and unrestricted Tier 2 G rules?
