Date calculation confirmation,28 day period under 90 day con

Hi all,

Please confirm my calculation for my ILR application date.

Date granted UK Tier-2 (general) visa (stamped date): 26-11-2009 from out of UK (Rep of Ireland).
Date entered UK under the same visa: 10-12-2009 (i.e. within 90 day period)

I am calculating 5 year qualifying period from 26-11-2009 i.e. the visa UK (tier-2) visa stamp date.

Thus I can apply for my ILR on 30th October 2014 (plan to use premium service). Or is it 31 Oct 2014?

My calculation is as follows: I complete 5 year qualifying period on 1 Nov 2014 based on my UK visa stamp date. Then I subtract 28 days to get 30th Oct 2014.

Are you allowed to apply on the 28th day before expiry or the day after?
