ILR Date

Hi Everyone,
I complete my 5 year anniversary on 25 nov 2014, as my first initial grant was on 25 nov 2009.

So as per the 28 day rule calculation i can apply for ILR 28 days before 25 nov 2014, which is anytime from 28 oct 2014.

I was thinking of applying on 28th of oct 2014, please let me know if it is fine to apply on 28th of oct?

Secondly i am applying for ILR under Tier 2 category, as per the requirement i will have to submit payslip and bank statement last dated within a month.

So if i apply on 28th of oct , the last payslip i will have dated will be 30 of sept 2014, do you think it will be fine for me to use that payslip?

Or should i wait till first week of november, when i will have my oct payslip. The reason why i dont want to wait till first week of november is because the last bank statement i will receive for oct will be 27 oct 2014, so it wont show the oct salary, as i will receive the salary on 31st of oct. The only option i will have will be to go to the bank and get a statement from there, but i have heard bank nowadays refuse to give the statement in the branch or even stamp it

Please suggest what will be the best option for me?

Hi I was granted entry clearance in oct 2005 as a student. I switched into Tier 2 from PSW on 25 nov 2009.
