Inshallah I will get ILR
Today I have called home office 0300 number and discussed the all situation he said yes she is qualify for ILR according to case history but we are in Liverpool we don't have accese to ur case file you need to contact Croydon office they will look ur case again let see they admit their mistakes or not
Can u plz let me know in ur case how long they took to send u new brp

It normally takes about a month for them to reconsider and reply back to you.

Hi Everyone,

I just got my Set(M) refused due to the change of rules of 9 july 2012 about minimum income requirements . But i got my spouse visa in may 2012 therefore theese rules does not apply to me!

I am in process of sendin a PAP followed by a JR if necessary to HO.
Can someone please send me copies of their PAP and JR letter at abundantpraises@live.com.
