FINALLY GOT RC ON COMPLETION OF SS

Post by Hasaan1 » Sat Sep 20, 2014 8:44 pm

Dear all to update you and to thank all those who have helped in the process.

My dependent mother has got her RC.

Time line is as follows:-

Arrived in Ireland end of Nov 2013 - Travelled to Ireland by Ferry without entry visa armed with documents. However did not meet anyone at Borders with N Ireland or on the Ferry over.

Applied for RC in Ireland in Jan 2014 - Had job at the time with letter from employer. No payslips or PRTB. General letter recieved back asking for every inofrmtion you can think of as well as that already issued to them.

Following issue of payslips and PRTB - got RC for Ireland around June 2014.

Travelled back to the UK with out FP in July 2014.

EE2 application submitted July 2014.

RC recived mid September 2014.

Thanks you to all who have provided direct support (by deed and action - you know who you are) but also to all the posters who have shared their knowldge on the forum. Using all the information managed to naviagte to get here. Thanks in particluar to Brigid from Ireland & Dalebutt who have been a really help in their advise on the forum.

Best wishes for all.

Congratulations,
Could you answer a few questions?

what nationality is your mother? How much did you show per month for the amount to show dependency?
Also how many months proof of support did you provide.

Thanks

it doesn't matter what nationality, op mother's is a non eaa/eu that's why op apply for resident card. Any country that is not member of eu is a Non-eea/EU national, apart from being a visa free country of which same eu rules still applies.
beloved is the belief that there are inherent differences in people's traits and capacities that are entirely due to their race, however defined, and that, as a consequence, justify the different treatment of those people, both socially and legally.
