ILR with red traffic light offense and CCJ

Hi,

I recently received Notice of Intended Prosecution from Police for contravening red traffic light.

Filled form with all my details with in 28 days time as I was the one driving the vehicle at that time and received conditional offer for fixed penalty of 3 points and £60 fine which was paid within the time frame.

I also have a CCJ back in 2009 and I recently made a payment arrangement plan with debt collection agency.


Will these 2 things affect my ILR?? please advise

When did the offence happen?

When you intend to apply for ILR?

IMO if you declare the conviction and CCJ in your ILR application, there shouldn't be any problem but for Naturalization you would be need to wait till the convictions spent. I also heard about the 24 month wait time after criminal convictions but there is very less chance of refusal in case of traffic offences.

Other can correct me..

FPN happened in September 1st week

CCj in 2009 but was not aware of it until I checked my credit report recently, I made a monthly arrangement plan with them now

will this effect my ILR application

Where did you check your credit report? Is there a way to do this free of charge?

make sure you fill in all the previous addresses. wait for a couple of days to get that updated on their systems and then do your credit check
