Indian Citizen Transit Visa Dublin

Hi,

Could some one please confirm if you need a transit visa for Dublin airport if you are an Indian citizen ? My wife will be travelling from India to Manchester via Abu Dhabi and Dublin. She has a valid spouse visa for 2 years to stay in the UK.
