URGENT Tier1 Dependent visa list of docs applying from INDIA

Dear Moderators and Members,
I am applying Tier1 dependent Visa from India....
could you please confirm the documents which i need to submit....
some of the documents.. i will mention...how ever....please advice in case if any documents need to be included or excluded.

1.Online application on VFS india.
2.Passport of the tier 1 dependent.
3.Maintenance funds...Bank statement showing 630 pounds for last 90 days.... in our case main applicant lived in UK for more than 12 months..... also the funds are in the form of fixed deposits in NRE/NRO account....so ..is that ok..if a letter form bank is taken...confirming the funds...
4.Marriage Certificate..
5.T.B.Certificate
6.Copy of passport and BRP card of main applicatant..

apart from the above do we need any thing else....please advice.....

the other question is ... do we need to include any payslips of main applicant...for any reason...

i would be thankful to all the forum members for your kind support and help..
