Form Set(O) for Tier 2 ICT - List of documents

Dear Friends,

I have an appointment for ILR via form Set(O) for Tier 2 ICT. Here is a list of documents I have attached. Could you please review and confirm if I am missing something.

1) Online booking apointment
2) Online Payment Sheet
3) Form Set(O) - Filled
4) Photographs -02
5) Passport
6) BRP Card
7) Bank statement for last 3 months
Last 6 months salary slips
9) Latest Form P-60
10) Employer Reference Letter
11) Life in UK pass certificate
12) Degree - For english language
13) Point based calulator print out showing 10 points for english against degree
14) Latest letter issued by Home Office when Tier 2 ICT was last extended

Queries ---
1) Could you please let me know if I am missing anything ?
2) Do I need to take address proofs also ? (The application is just for myself )
3) Is there a particular order in which I should arrange my documents.

Hi Ya - I am in the same situation as you. I have couple of questions that I am seeking some assistance from you.

1. When are you appearing at the PEO for the same day appointment? 28 days from the date of visa validity or the 28 days from the date of entry into the UK

2. English Language - I am sure the TIER 2 - PBC do not give english language points -10 for TIER 2 ICT. Did you use TIER 2 General to generate the PBC PDF?
