Appeal Won, How long do I have to Wait. Any1 here got visa!!

Visa category: tier 1 General extension
Application made: 4/04/2013 PEO at croydon
Interview at Sheffield: 19/02/2014
Refused: 12/04/2014
Appeal hearing : 28/07/2014
Appeal allowed: 2/09/2014
Fee Refunded: 24/09/2014
Visa issue: still waiting....

I first applied to HO for visa then they respond me after more then one year i received refusal from them then we made an appeal in march 2014 and got hearing on 04 September 2014 and appeal has been allowed on 10 October 2014 from this i am waiting for BIOMETRIC VISA CARDS
CAN ANY BODY PLS SUGGEST ME THE QUICKEST WAY TO GET OUR VISA AND IF EVEN I HAVE TO WAIT HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PLS GUIDE MATES COZ ITS ALMOST 3 YEARS now

I also have similar situation here, I won my appeal and I have gone through necessary procedures to contact the home office so as to get my passport sorted but I haven't receive any response from them.

Please anyone here got their visa or passport stamp. So as to know where I stand.

i just got refused my application for retain right of residence 3 weeks ago with right of appeal
my question is how long does it take the FTTIAC to list the hearing and does anybody had any experience while he was attending the tribunal? does the judge ask any question regarding your case

unfortunately, a sad news.

Please share the reasons for refusal.

FTT listing of case depends on areas and it may take 3-6 months from filing the appeals to IAC.

In oral hearings at FTT the questions are normally mostly asked by HO representative but some time Judge may also ask.
