Employer Sponsorship Licence suspended - Travel (Urgent)

Hi Experts/Guru's/Members,

I wish to know if the Employer sponsorship license is in suspended state with possible decision by UKBA to re-instate/revoke the license in 3 weeks from now can :

1. The dependent's travel out of UK and return back to UK with the license (a) suspended (b) revoked state ?

2. The Main applicant travel out of UK and return back to UK with the license (a) suspended (b) revoked tsate ?

The travel is due to some family emergency.

I am currently in the same situation. I am on Tier 2 general ans my wife, My sponsors license is suspended and they appealed for re-instate. However My dependent (on Tier 2 Genaral dependednt Visa) and I are palling to travel to home country.

Kindly let me know if you have any information on this.

1) Can dependents travel? (returning after three weeks)
2) Can I travel? (Probabaly returning in 1 week)

I have gone through following documents in Gov.uk website but it is not very clear.
