Hi,

I am on student visa and my visa is going to expire on 25th Feb 2015. I am traveling to India in 2nd week of November 2014 and planning to come back in 1st week of January to attend my graduation ceremony which is held in 1st week of Feb . I also planning to extend my visa in Feb as I am switching into dependent visa.

My question is -Whether I will be allowed to enter into UK or not given my visa expires in Feb 2015.

Can I apply for dependent visa from within the UK.

I will appreciate the help
