AFTER THE EXCEPTIONAL CASE LETTER RECEIVED . WE GOT ANOTHER LETTER THEY U HAVE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW AS THE ABOVE DATE. PLZ HELP ME FOR PREPARATION. THANKS

Brother just wanted to know, when did you submitt your application and did they mention about the interview, when they send you a letter that your application raises complex issues.

I got same letter twice. First letter gave a date by which they would make a decision. The second letter does not even give a date !

Hi, I recieved same letter yesterday saying complicate case , can not decide within 8 weeks!!

I dont understand what should i do? Guys have any one received visa without interview after getting this typle letter?

I applied on 20 August.

Hi,

I applied for entrepreneur visa got refused made an appeal got refused again but then I applied for Tier 2 General Sponsorship visa within the 28 day period
but I received a letter from ho saying

"your application raises complex issues and we require time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision.

Please let me a know i am really worried about the letter.

Pls can anyone help shed light on "exceptionally complex issues "? My son had applied for a citizenship since june 2015 and just received this letter that says "your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case and reach a decision".....this is very worrying to us as all our documents are legal and both his parents( husband and I) are British!
