Is Level 6 same as UK Degree from University

Hello,

I have just completed my Levels 6 and was told it was equivalent to University Degree in UK

I want to apply for tier 2 now, i am on tier 4 visa

Am i eligible to apply for tier 2 work permit ? or for that you need degree from a University

NQF6 qualification is degree equivalent BUT is not a degree.
In order to avoid the RLMT to access Tier2 employment you have to have a degree awarded by a UK university.
