Latest course start date?

Hi,


I will apply for a Tier 4 general student visa tomorrow for
a foundation programme at Warwick University which is classified as a Pre-Sessional programme.

The latest course start date as shown on the CAS number is the 06. October, and I will apply on the 03. October
for a visa, do you think they could refuse me as I may not arrive on the 06. October?

By the way, I have an established presence in the UK as I still have a valid Tier 4 General visa until 28. October 2014.
