Switching from Tier 2 general to Tier 2 general dependant

Hello,

Both me and my husband are on tier 2 general visas. I got my visa stamped from UK and my husband got his visa stamped from India.
I'm planning to switch from my tier 2 visa to my husband's tier 2 dependent.

Do I need to go to India for this or can I get it stamped from within UK?
