Spouse Visa - No more right of appeal?

Post by thunderb0lt » Wed Oct 08, 2014 2:52 pm

Is it true that the Home Office are considering removing the right of appeal against Spouse Visa refusal decisions?

If so, can you please advise of a link that has details of this.

Thanks

YES thats right.you can reapply though and pay the fees again ensuring you correct the errors stated in your refusal letter.reason i believe it has changed is that cos millions of pounds in appeals and quicker to reapply.
