Tier 1 General Dependent Query

Post by yogesh2k4 » Thu Oct 16, 2014 10:28 pm

I am here on Tier 1 General Visa, Planning to go for ILR in second week of April 2015. I have few questions, Any help will be appreciated.

1. As my wife is not eligible for the ILR at the same time as me, Can she still apply for an extension after 5 Apr 2015? (Tier 1 Dependent)

2. We had a baby recently here in UK, Can we apply for his British citizenship via MN1 after I get ILR and my wife still on Tier 1 Dependent?
