How to find a sponsor for US?

Hi,

I am a software engineer having more than 15 years of work experience. I am currently in the UK (originally from India) since the
last 3-4 years. I would like to move to the US and like to know any company who can give me a US sponsorship please? I have
heard there are companies who provide US sponsorship provided we pay the fees etc...

Can anyone guide me in getting a US sponsorship or let me know of any companies willing to provide sponsorship please?
