PBS dependant- Applying for ILR

I am Holding an ILR (5 years route, entry to UK Feb, 2009) now. My wife and Kids are with a PBS dependants currently.
My wife entered UK with a dependent visa from Feb 2009 with me, and My Kids born in India and brought up here in UK (entry UK, Kid1 -Jan 2010 & Kid2 - Oct 2011). So I feel my wife and Kids are eligible for ILR now.

We are planning to keep all the documents below

1. Latest Application form (Set O)

2. Marriage certificate
3. My wife passport and BRP (including photocopies of all the pages)
4. 2 Kids birth Certificates
5. 2 Kids original passport and BRP (including photocopies of all the pages)
6. My passport and BRP original (photocopies of all pages) - (Do we really need it?)
7. My Employer letter, 3 months pay slips
8. 2 photographs latest (for Kids and Mrs)
9. My wife degree certificates
10. My Wife UK Naric certificate reg. English language assesment
11. Life in the UK test certificate
12. Sponsor letter form my husband

Cohabitation documents (which includes both our names (only water bill for 2 years))
1. Tenancy agreements (From June 2014),
2. Water bills (last 2 years)
3. Bank statements (3 month statements - Joint account)
4. Council tax bills (From June 2014)
Other ref letter
1. NHS referrence letter for My wife
2. Dental clinic referral letter for my Wife
3. Electricity utility bill with my name alone
4. Voters reference letter from Council - 2 seperate letters with our names in same address.

Now the questions are,

1. Does this proof/document suffice? (worried in specific Cohabitation doc's)
2. Are my Kids also eligible for ILR? (Hope fine considering date of entry)
3. Any additional proof for Kids? (Only passport, BRP and Birth cert enough?)
3. Section-5 in application form, should I mention my details/salary to be specified?
like 5.4 section, does your partner regularly give you money? (Yes or No)
4. My Kids are receiving Child benefits, I believe the applicatoion is w.r.t my Wife, so should I need to mention in section 5.5?
5. Should I need to fill only one application or each one?
