Entrepreneur Visa big problem

Post by naveencandy8 » Sat Oct 04, 2014 11:33 am

Hi Team members , I am new in this form . I am bit in trouble in regards to my tier 1 entrepreneur visa.
I have applied last year and my visa get refused because of many reasons. After that I appealed my case but got negative response again.

I did applied for my new application in the month of august and I got Interview call again.
I am running two companies and I applied from one company with all of my investment first time and they didn't accept my investment.
This time I applied for my 2nd company and I have big contracts also. I am bit worried why they called me for an interview.
Second thing I am planning to close my one company in few days.

Can any one help to face this situation. ??

Please send me an interview question if possible. I really appreciate.

If I want to apply as a Tier 2 sponser again. Is it possible for me apply again. Its because i have seen many case in which UKBA ask them to reapply again.

I already used my second chance for reapplication for Entrepreneur visa. Can any one please suggest me what I can do. I am bit worried. I am in big trouble. I really appreciate if anyone getback to me asap.

Thanks
Naveen

@ naveencandy8, if you have corrected all the mistake in your first application, then your second application should be fine as long as you can show proof that you have invested your funds and that your business is actively trading.

You should also be prepared to answer questions about the source of your funds.

@ naveencandy8, your money must have come from somewhere, either savings, gift, employment income e.t.c. You might be ask to show proof of where the money come from, so be prepared for such question.

It might be a good idea to take along with you to the interview old bank statements showing how you got the money.

Hi Olasunkanmi , thanks for your quick reply. I have one question for u . I have an job offer and they are willing to sponser me . But I have reapplied for my visa. Is it possible for me to send a letter to UKBA and get the permission from them to change my case and reapply my application or is it not possible for me now. Can u please share your thoughts. Looking forward to your response.

@ naveencandy8, if you have decided to apply for Tier2 visa, then simply fill the Tier2 application form and send it to HO with a covering letter asking that you want to VARY your existing Tier1 application to Tier2 application.

Hi Olsaunkanmi , Thanks. But i already applied as a new appliction for my Tier-1 and as per my solicitor I cant applied again. But i did heared from one of my friend that I can apply with in 28 days if they again give me wrong decision after my interview.

But my concern is about the new application.

Can I apply for Tier-2 now or I can wait till my interview result. Please share your views asap so i can make a plan.

@ naveencandy8, you need to VARY your existing second Tier1 application to Tier2 application. It doesn't matter waiting for the decision if you have already decide to switch to Tier2.
