Tier 2 dependent premium service fee?

Hi guys,

I am trying to apply for myself and 2 kids through premium service, but I can only see 3 options when selecting the main applicant, tier 2 general over 3 years, tier 2 general shortage occupation over 3 years and tier 2 general shortage upto 3 years. The main applicant in my case has tier 2 general for 1 year, but the fee showing on the form is £1600 something however the paper form shows £1001.

Am I doing something wrong?

Also I couldnt find any option to apply for a family group?
