Need help to fill the dependent application form please

Hello Friends,

I am so confused which one is the right application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent (OUTSIDE UK). i got my visa last year now i need to apply for my wife's visa so is it the right selection in the below image ?



i need help for more sections if you guys help me i will be very thankful .

How long you have been on Tier 1 Entp Visa? and what maintenance funds you have shown in the dependents application?
Will appreciate if you can share the list of documents you have attached with the dependents application.

Thanks Faheem for your quick reply. can you help me in documents checklist which documents did you produce for your wife's visa and did she get it ?

Faheem i am stuck at the section of spouse / partner

you can see the start date of job/course. in the below image. well which date i should put i mean my visa expiry and issue date or my limited company incorporation date ? but if its limited incorporation date then there will be no end date isnt it . and one more thing it is asking for the address so shall i put my business address or residential addres ? because my business is registered at different address.

i have been on Tier 1 Entp visa since one year. and i am showing my bank statement upto 3000 for 90 days. i am not sure what exactly they are requested because its little bit confusing on the ukba website so for the safe side i did 3000. plus the documents i am going to show

my bank statement for 90 days.
tenancy agreement
property survey
remittance slips
our chat / emails
wedding photos.
call history

thats all i am going to show i hope thats enough to get entry clearance for dependent visa.

They are asking for your company address so please ensure that u enter your company s address

start date of job

please enter the date when you started working as the director of the company

I entered December 1, 2012 that is the date when I started work as the director of the company

end date .... you leave it blank ... I left it blank ... its actually for students ... they have a course finish date
we are business and we intend to run business so ... leave it blank

I applied first on 27 th may 2014, in Pakistan
got refusal on 10 June that relationship appears to be doubtful ,,, that rubbish reason

I applied again on 27 june ... got visa on 12 july ... my wife joined me in august 2014

wife s passport
application form

maintenance funds halifax bank statement showing £5,000 plus ... i know actual requirement was far less but just for the safe side
you can show £2500 as a safe side .... home office has guidelines ... i think £2000 was minimum ... but I d suggest to show at least £2,500

my visa copy
my passport copy
send a full loaded album of wedding pics
i sent photos after wedding as well
skype video chat print outs ( important to prove relationship is geniune)
viber written chat print outs ( important to prove relationship is geniune)
whats app written chat print outs ( important to prove relationship is geniune)
print outs facebook posted wedding photos where friends and family member were commenting , to show that its a geniun marriage
facebook messenger chat print outs

joint tenancy agreement
joint tenant s NOC
landlord s NOC
property survey report from estate agent

thats all I could remember

As you are applying from Pakistan can you advise or if possible confirm from gerrys that for how many days high commission is closed for Christmas. I will be applying for my wife in December.

well one more thing in the section spouse / partner asking for father and mother details .. so do i have to put mine or my wife's
so you mean i have to put mine details in 2 sections like in spouse / partner and main applicant as well ?

Friends .. chat history can be any language ? must be in english ? like we (me n my wife) did chat in roman urdu .. so is it okay or it must be in english ?

As this is your wife's application she has to write her spouse (yours) and her parents details in this section.

You the main applicant is also her spouse so your details will be repeated in that section.

Did you got married after the tier 1 entp visa was issued to you or you were married when you applied for tier 1 entp visa ?

I wrote the month when my visa is expiring... thats january 2017
so you must write the same month and year when ur visa is expiring

my wife got the same date visa as I have ... both of us have visas expiring january 2017

your wife s father and mother detailed are to be entered

chat can be in any language... doesnt matter if its roman urdu ...

when ur wife takes an appointment ... ask her to take early morning appointment ... like 8 am or 8:15 am ....
visa centre get crowdy later in the day ... and a lot of time wasted.

at 8 or 8:20 am in the morning ... there are only few applicant so there would be no problem.

your wife must take one set of documents plus one set of photocopies of all of those documents.
they will ask for those photocopies

finally ... next time you post snapshots ... beware of the TABS already on the web browser... u know GURU and thing ....

Thanks alot Faheem bhai for information you provided.. because i went to solicitor they asked me £400 for application. now i have completed the form .. i put my soc job title . well there will be any more form like vaf something like that or just this form she (my wife) needed? is there any cover letter we need to type or just the application and supporting documents will be enough? i am not attaching the Accountant letter.

we can do better than them

one of my friend s case was badly handled by her solicitor

another friend ... his solicitor asked him £600 just for writing covering letter for dependent visa

there s no need to hire solicitor

Just to let you know I submittd my wifes application on 30 Sept and got her visa on 14th October. Documents I submitted are as follows :

1. Online Application form
2. Photos.
3. Companys current appointment report
4. My visa and passport copy
5. Letter from landlord where I stay in UK.
6. Marraige certificate.
7. 3 months bank statement showing £650
8. Marraige invitation card.
9. Covering letter from my wife.

Thats all I had submitted. I didnt submit any survey report, house agreements, accountants letter or chats n all.

thanks for sharing documents list.. did you apply from Pakistan or India ? and can you share the covering letter from wife which your wife submitted please.

that was the mistake i did ... i didnt attach ... got refusal on the basis of insufficient communication

Yes i am attaching the chat and call history as well.. wedding pictures should be on photo paper or we can color print on A4 normal paper ?
