UTT rejected my ILR.. 28 days left to make fresh application

Hi,

My Case.

My ILR was rejected by Upper Tribunal due to my absesnce for 15 days more than the allowed. Dont want to go into deeper regarding their decison.

My question is if i am making fresh application before the end of 28 days for which i am eligible but if due to some query the visa gets rejected what will be my situation.

1. If the decision comes negetive after 28 days ... will home office give me some time to make other application.
2. My company where i am working is ready to offer Tier 2 visa sponser. Can i apply WP if my ILR rejected after 28 days.
3. If i swith over to WP will i be able to apply ILR .

Please help in guiding me as i have only 10 days left and i have made all arrangemnets for fresh application.
