i submitt 2 contracts ,none of them were contacted.i prepared the contracts very professionaly they have to trust that these are genuine ones.if any of your friends would like to have personal consultancy for documentation or business plan or any other thing just send a msg .

Following this forum since I applied my visa on 14th of August. Congratulations to those members who got their visas and best of luck for allwho are waiting or preparing for interview.
Not a good news to share but after long wait I got letter for INTERVIEW.

My time line is ;
Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa (PSW)50K
Application Date: 14th Aug,2014
Bio M. 2nd Sept.
Letter for interview(interview date yet to confirm) 24th Sept.

Document Submitted:
Company Reg: 16th JUNE Registration letter
Business Consultant 50K investment Single Director Documents
Funding 3rd Party Overseas
All Documentation required for 3rd Party sponsor included.
HMRC Letters
Business Bank Account opened before 11th July
1 Contract Signed Before 11th of July....
1st Monthly income / Transaction shown in Business account Bank Statement submitted
Maintenance Personal Bank A/C statement included Bal:£1200.00
Website, Business cards , letter heads, leaflets and Online advertisement proof.
Complete Business Plan

I am not sure what is going to happen in interview although one of my friend attended last month and it was very simple, all about sponsor / contact and business plan.
Any advice will be highly appreciated....please update if anyone recently attended interview.
Please share your views.....
what documents should I take with me for interview?

26/08 Biometrics
02/09 Home office Query
21/06 Visa approved

@ all, keep your hopes alive.. These is nothing impossible and i wish all my brothers and sisters get there visa soon. I have worked really hard for this.

This is my situation as well, Waiting for approval and my dates as same as yours. Did you receive any letter stating about delay in case or they can't decide in 8 weeks???

I received same letter and time line is same as you, Are your fund are overseas and did your friend received same letter as ours?

Acknowledgement letter received 20th sept
Biometric done 26th sept
I just received a letter acknowledging my biometric but biometric information was unsuccessful. So I need to re enrol again. Never heard of an unsuccessful biometric before

Yes they call your clients for verification if they want to. They did contacted my client last month and asked about the contract and his business and me and my entrepreneur team. ( your client should be aware that they can be contacted by HO and should know what services he is getting from you).

Though I applied in May 2014 and been to interview in july 2014. After interview last month in Sept 2014 they contacted one of my client out of 3 contracts provided, apart from that there is no update from HO yet.

Hi !

Have been going through this forum and noticing every post, seems like UKBA has got instruction from government not to issue Visa at all, decline the application on very minor and silly thing which can be overlooked to encourage the business and economy. Every single person in this forum has got his visa application decline in last 20 days.

Mr Cameron, you never know the applications you are rejecting are the one who could have been some good and highly motivated entrepreneurs. If you do not want to issue the visa, I don't understand what is this drama all about ! Close all the immigration route
