ILR

Post by chan0976 » Thu Oct 23, 2014 10:48 am

Hi Guys,

I have attended the ILR premium service at Glasgow center on the 10th Oct 2014 and have been told my ILR has been approved and will be getting my BRP in the next 10 days.

Most of the people I know have received it in 3-5 days and I am yet to receive it.

Should I be panicking ? Please advice .

Cheers

First step is check with these people https://www.thedx.co.uk/corporate/contact-us/ by calling Customer Service team on 0844 371 0000
and find they have any outstanding delivery for you in their system.

second step If you have not received your permit within 10 working days of the date of your decision letter you must email
BRPdelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and
you must provide us with as many of the
following details as possible:
 full name;
 date of birth;
 nationality;
 passport number;
 delivery address;
 a contact telephone number; and
 case reference number

Hi,

I have not yet received any response for my enquiry.

Quick question:- The case handler did say my ILR has been approved and handed me my passport and a letter explaining my approval.

Is there a chance that my ILR is application is now under review and can be cancelled and that is why have not received my BRP ?

ILR once granted can't be revoked.

It can in certain circumstances.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Regards,
Fraud/deception, staying more than 2 years out the country probably a few more. I wouldn't worry about it, UKVI would have arrested you by now if they thought you were a fraudster or something :) Just UKVI being slow like usual, mine took 14 days to arrive.

Got a response from BRP Delivery saying my BRP card has been delivered on the 15th to my Work Address.Called my work and they have them.

Is this common ? I am Tier 2 (ICT) to ILR
