Which form for DLR extension after ILR application?

Post by online-alien » Thu Oct 23, 2014 12:37 pm

I applied to ILR in 2011 and as I could not provide sufficient details and documents of my presence in the UK for the last 15 years ( student visa overstayer) I was given DLR for three years. I had been in the UK for 15 years but as I could not access to anything I could not have letters and bills to prove I had been here for 15 years. They said I had a gap of two years without any proofs.

Now I have to renew my DLR. Currently I am running two companies.

I just need to know which form to use to extends my DLR

Thanks

You need to fill form FLR(O).
Good luck (from someone who has just "served" 6 years of DLR)
