hi
I have received a letter from ukba that they have not received my photographs, passport and BRP. I have also received another letter after that for BRP enrolment. What does this mean? I am pretty sure that I have already sent them all my required documents by post. They have wanted me to send the above document by the 15 of october, otherwise they will reject my application.
Please let me know that what do i need to do in this case?
Does receiving the BRP enrolment letter after the first letter mean that they have made a mistake? Does this an automated letter?
